TRUFFLE-FLAVOURED ANCHOVY FILLETS

In the orchards of Alba, peaches are harvested at the right point of ripeness, processed within hours of harvest and cooked with the only addition of brown sugar. Open air cultivation is a method known since antiquity for the preservation of fruit. After being carefully cleaned and washed, fruits are cooked in a pot with brown sugar and nothing else.

Our Peach Jam enhances the flavor of the fruit, and the artisan characteristics that only our mothers can match. 100 gr of jam contain 135 gr of juicy fresh peaches.

It is perfect with freshly toasted bread or alpine butter.  Ideal for a rich and healthy breakfast or snack!
