Our best strawberries are cooked with the only addition of brown sugar. Open air cultivation is a method known since antiquity for the preservation of fruit. After being carefully cleaned and washed, fruits are cooked in a pot with brown sugar and nothing else.
Our Strawberry Jam enhances the flavour of the fruit, and the artisan characteristics that only our mothers can match. 100 gr of jam contain 165 gr of juicy fresh strawberries.
